I think that the rain may have made our plush toy selection grow along with the dandilions! They seem to be everywhere! So, this Friday, May 13th we're having a plush toy blowout. Tuesday, May 24th - Relay for Life Night. This year Bigwag Dog Bakery is joining New Hope Boarding and Grooming's team for the Relay for Life. We are selling keychains and bracelets to help raise funds, plus you can donate a dollar to honor a survivor or victim of cancer. All donations benefit the American Cancer Society. And for tonight's Yappie Hour, all profits from purchases made in our store will benefit the American Cancer Society as well. So come in, buy your dog a treat and help cure cancer!
Tuesday, May 31st - Cecil's Birthday Extravaganza. We don't really know when Cecil's birthday is, so we're just designating one for him, as any good rescue parent does. Come in tonight to celebrate Cecil with free barkday cake for all, plus 20% OFF all treats for you to take home!

Lucy's Luau

Description: Join us for a party to celebrate Lucy the Rescue Pug! This year's event is luau themed. Treats for people and dogs will be available at this drop in at Bigwag to celebrate that Lucy has now survived and thrived three years when she was originally given 3-6 months to live.
Chew's Day Night Special

Where: Gulley Park in Fayetteville ()
Description: 19th annual walk sponsored by the Humane Society of the Ozarks. All funds raised benefit the Humane Society and help with projects including low cost spay/neuter assistance, cruelty prevention and investigation, medical care for animal cruelty cases, adoption awareness and community education. The event includes vendor booths, demonstrations, contests, prizes and more!

Spay Arkansas Clinic Grand Opening

Description: Come celebrate the opening of our clinic! Take a tour, have some BBQ! Who's invited: friends and supporters of S/A, rescue groups and rescue dogs. BBQ, potato salad, chips, beans, etc, some libations provided. Bring lawn chairs, beer, and food if you wish. MUSIC too, and a fabulous door prize!!

Description: Well behaved dogs (on leashes) are welcome. Our “Helping Paws” group is an informal group of people, some of who are already part of a licensed therapy-dog team. We encourage those who feel they might be interested in this type of volunteerism to join with us, ask questions, and interact with the group.
