Hey Everyone!
This is probably the most difficult newsletter I have ever written. And so, in order to make this as easy as possible, I will simply get to the truth.
After five years, we have decided that we will be closing our doors.
This is not a decision we came to lightly or easily. Bigwag has been a labor of love over the past five years, it has taken on its own personality to the point that we think of it as an entitiy of its own. But the truth is, we cannot sustain it any longer. We have made fantastic friends over the past five years, both from the fabulous customers who have walked through our doors and from the pet professionals and volunteers who have participated in numerous events that we have attended. But we cannot go forward on this love alone. We had hoped by this point that we would have several stores throughout the Northwest Arkansas area, that Bigwag would be a household name when considering all things healthy for your pet and that the business would be thriving. Unfortunately, that is not the case.
So, it is that I'm announcing that
beginning today, Monday, August 1st, we will be selling EVERYTHING in the store at 20% OFF!
We will continue to bake treats and we will take special orders for treats on a first come, first serve basis. As we run out of ingredients, we will simply be unable to make certain treats. We would like to remind you that our hard treats will last 3-6 months under normal room conditions and that they can be frozen for even longer. So, should you like to stock up on years worth of treats, we can help you with that if you act before the ingredients run out.
Thank you to all of you for being wonderful friends and customers over the past five years and we hope to see you again before the doors close for good!
